Some of Sarah's specialties include; relationship issues, parenting issues, trauma resolution, family of origin and ACOA issues, codependency and addiction recovery, mental health, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. She believes in holistic treatment integrating the mind, body, and spirit. Sarah will help you develop a treatment plan that focuses on incorporating all aspects of healthy living.

She specializes in working with families affected by divorce or separation. Sarah will work with all members of the family and can help divorced parents learn effective tools for co-parenting. She specializes in working with clients and families with substance use disorders, co-dependency, trauma, and family of origin issues.

Sarah has extensive experience in the treatment industry with areas of concentration ranging from trauma treatment and chemical dependency to gender-specific issues, creative healing, and dual diagnosis treatment.

Sarah has presented nationally on Seeking Safety, trauma-informed care, addiction treatment, creative healing techniques, as well as, passion, purpose, and ethics in counseling and treatment.

Integrity, ethical treatment, and clinical excellence are values that are incredibly important to Sarah.

She is also a Certified Clinical Supervisor for Mental Health Counselors and enjoys assisting new therapists in developing their skills. As a consultant, she provides treatment facilities and organizations with a multitude of services including ethical leadership and clinical programming.
